The hotel provides conference rooms which offer flexible facilities for those organising conferences, business meetings, training courses, receptions and others. The rooms seat up to 60 participants. There is a range of audiovisual equipment provided, including video conferencing facilities and full technical support. All conference rooms are fitted with a video projector and 2 flip charts, and additionally there is the possibility of diverse state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities. Rental charges apply and are negotiable. The rental fee includes one set-up. All food and beverages must be provided by the Crystal Palace Hotel.
